Salesforce Core Senior Developer

We are expanding our team in India, and we are looking for a Salesforce Core Cloud Senior Developer

Requirements:
Development of client solutions

• Participate in the discovery phase and provide an estimation of the business requirements.
• Planning and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project execution as per technical and functional specifications.
• Reviewing technical requirements and adapting those into a Salesforce Lightning Platform application.
• Communicating with end-users to fully understand client expectations.
• Participating in and leading code-review sessions to identify potential project bottlenecks and suggest solutions.
• Engagement in technical design discussions, requirement analysis, database design, coding, testing, implementation, and maintenance of Salesforce and associated software applications.
• Managing technical delivery of integrations and custom extensions.
• Providing hands-on support in software/application architecture, development, design, independent analysis, and problem resolution.
• Overseeing development, design, UI, and technology integration efforts for the effective completion of a project.
• Salesforce.com setup, configuration, customization, data Migration, and deployment of applications to the Salesforce Lightning platform.
• Providing guidance to clients and developers over technology, processes, and applications while updating them on regular project-related developments. Effectively troubleshoot production issues.
• Train and integrate new team members and proactively support the continued development of existing team members.
• Build and promote a positive working environment for the team.

General

• Maintain certification in selected salesforce products

Essentials Skills & Experience

• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Team player with excellent collaboration skills, with a fantastic can-do attitude.
• Self-driven, with an aptitude to learn and open to work across Salesforce Clouds.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I certified (PD1) OR should have completed these Super badges in Trailhead (Process Automation Specialist, Security Specialist, Advanced Apex Specialist, Data Integration Specialist).
• Overall at least 4 years of experience in which a minimum 2 years of experience developing on the Salesforce platform including:

• Declarative Salesforce (i.e. Validation Rules, Process Builders, Lightning Flows)
• Proficient in SOQL and Apex (Triggers, Asynchronous Apex, Custom Controllers)
• Experienced in SFDC Customization using Visualforce and Lightning (Aura and LWC).
• Hands-on experience in Integrating with REST and SOAP-based Web Services.
• SFDX Knowledge and Salesforce CLI is a must.
• Should have hands on experience deploying ometadata using sfdx.
• Working experience with Bitbucket and continuous delivery pipelines
• A solid understanding of Salesforce best practices and governor limits.
• Produce code that is easy to read and understand.
• Create good unit tests that provide more than just code coverage.
• Hands-on experience in working on SQL o Working knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, CSS, AJAX, or equivalent JS Framework

• An active Trailblazer Profile

Nice to have:

• Salesforce Platform Developer II certified (PDII).
• Working knowledge of backbone.js and handlebar templates.
• Prior experience in developing SPA using JavaScript Framework along, hands-on with HTML, CSS.
• Experience in developing solutions on Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Community Cloud, Salesforce B2B Commerce, Salesforce Marketing Cloud
