As part of the globally operating salesforce business unit with more than 1.000 certified salesforce experts, Nagarro is one of the most powerful and innovative Salesforce partners for global customers.

• Techno-functional consulting for Salesforce Core Clouds (Sales, Service, Experience).
• Analysis, design, and implementation of cross‑platform features and integrated systems.
• Clear structuring and resolution of complex issues in collaboration with stakeholders up to C‑level.
• Leading workshops, assessing technical and functional requirements, and guiding design and implementation.
• Acting as a bridge between clients and development teams.
• Contributing to internal initiatives such as mentoring, recruitment, business development, marketing, and pre‑sales.

• Degree in (Business) Informatics, Business Administration, or a comparable field.
• 4+ years of experience with Salesforce Core Clouds, combining technical expertise with a passion for innovation.
• Strong enthusiasm for Salesforce CRM and digital transformation, with in‑depth knowledge of configuration and automation capabilities across Core Clouds.
• Fluent in business German and English, with excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Relevant industry experience in Travel & Logistics, Manufacturing, or Retail & Consumer Goods.
• Proven experience integrating Salesforce with external systems (ERP, legacy systems, etc.).
