What awaits you
As a Salesforce Consultant / Business Analyst, you will play a key role in one of our self-managed feature teams within our hub, contributing to a multi-org, international-market Salesforce landscape.
Be an integral part of a cross-functional feature team that values open communication, knowledge sharing, hands-on mentality, and outcome-driven delivery.
Own the functional discovery and solution design for features: clarify scope, define business outcomes, and ensure shared understanding across stakeholders
Gather, analyze, and refine requirements; translate them into Epics, User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria, keeping functional documentation current and actionable
Facilitate structured workshops with stakeholders and the Feature Team Lead to capture business pain points, market-specific requirements, constraints, and desired out
Drive backlog refinement and support sprint planning to ensure items are clear, testable, and ready (Definition of Ready aligned).
Collaborate closely with developers and QA to ensure solutions are built as intended and validated end-to-end, including support for UAT where needed.
Perform light configuration independently (within agreed guardrails), e.g.: permission updates, simple flows, creating/updating fields and page layouts
Document business processes and current-state/to-be flows; identify improvement opportunities and propose pragmatic options (trade-offs included).
Prepare and support operational product releases: release notes, stakeholder communication, rollout readiness checks, and adoption support.
In case of production issues: support structured triage (reproduction, impact analysis), collaborate with operations, and help coordinate resolution.
Actively contribute to Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives), focusing on value delivery and alignment
