Salesforce.com Architect –Technical Lead

The Senior Salesforce.com tech lead/developer will work on Salesforce.com projects to design and deliver innovative, high quality solutions to internal business users that use Salesforce.com and related support systems. Our ideal candidate will have strong customer facing skills as well as strong enterprise business application development and systems integration experience.

Accountabilities:

• Independently perform development, testing, implementation, documentation and updating as it relates to the SalesForce.com software and system administration
• Manage Salesforce.com CRM project deliveries including requirement gathering and understanding, solution designing, development, data migration, deployment as well as user trainings
• Manage multiple Salesforce.com initiatives in parallel
• Ability to independently manage various stakeholders having competing priorities.
• Strong strategic focus and business analysis skills. Must have excellent inter-personal skills and be able to mentor & motivate team members
• Detail oriented with the ability to keep the big picture in mind while assessing impact of solution to other aspects of the application
• Design and Implement new enhancements including creation of custom objects, workflows, email alerts and templates, and campaigns
• Be creative and leverage out of the box functionality where possible and minimize the need for customizations
• Develop and maintain Visualforce, AppExchanges, Force.com pages and integration to other third party solutions
• Participate in cross-functional teams that address strategic business issues involving CRM and sales operations
• Lead Implementation and management to convert complex sales, marketing , legal and services business processes within multiple organizations into technical solutions primarily on the Salesforce.com platform.
• Maintain multiple user roles, security, profiles, workflow rules, etc. Support train new end users on the salesforce.com application

Organizational Dimensions/Scope

The position will support Marketing and Sales technical systems development and support for Business..

At hiring there will be no internal employee reports or budget responsibilities for position but senior oversight of external Salesforce.com developers, admins and analysts will be required.
