The Alpega Group is looking for its next Salesforce Business Analyst. This role will be part of our Global IT Team, reporting to the Head of CRM . This role is hybrid and based in Sant Cugat, Barcelona.

ABOUT THE ROLE  

As Salesforce Business Analyst, you will strongly contribute to the further development of our CRM system (SalesForce.com), working directly with the Head of CRM. You will analyze the needs of your internal customers, translate them into requirements to be developed into the CRM and ensure these requirements are effectively, efficiently and timely implemented.

You will engage with key business stakeholders at different levels of the organisation to define, implement and deliver business requirements and improvements.

You will gather business requirements including design and management of business process flows and user stories.

You will be interacting on a daily basis with internal business stakeholders, technical teams and external partners.

You will be working on a daily basis with Sales cloud, Services cloud and Community.

You will be part of the CRM team, working in collaboration with other Alpega teams as well as autonomously on your own projects.

You will receive a complete onboarding to our system, procedures and company structure

 

WHAT WE LOOK FOR IN YOU 

Minimum 2+ years of Salesforce platform experience

Bachelor degree, ideally in a related field (not mandatory)

A good understanding of the main concepts of Salesforce (data and security management, user management, process automation tools, build and manage reports for data analysis, etc.)

English is our work language, so being fluent is a must.

Any other European languages is a plus. 

Salesforce Admin certification is a plus (but not mandatory).

Experience in Agile methodology is a plus

Availability to travel is required (once a quarter)

 

You will be tested in these competences throughout your selection process.
