Job Description

Heartflow is a medical technology company advancing the diagnosis and management of coronary artery disease, the #1 cause of death worldwide, using cutting-edge technology. The flagship product—an AI-driven, non-invasive cardiac test supported by the ACC/AHA Chest Pain Guidelines called the Heartflow FFRCT Analysis—provides a color-coded, 3D model of a patient’s coronary arteries indicating the impact blockages have on blood flow to the heart. Heartflow is the first AI-driven non-invasive integrated heart care solution across the CCTA pathway that helps clinicians identify stenoses in the coronary arteries (RoadMap™Analysis), assess coronary blood flow (FFRCT Analysis), and characterize and quantify coronary atherosclerosis (Plaque Analysis). Our pipeline of products is growing and so is our team; join us in helping to revolutionize precision heartcare.

Heartflow is a publicly traded company (HTFL) that has received international recognition for exceptional strides in healthcare innovation, is supported by medical societies around the world, cleared for use in the US, UK, Europe, Japan and Canada, and has been used for more than 500,000 patients worldwide.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Architect to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be both hands-on and a natural leader, capable of guiding a small team while actively contributing to the design, development, and implementation of our Salesforce platform. This role requires extensive experience with Sales Cloud and a strong understanding of Revenue Cloud CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) functionalities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and architecture of scalable and robust Salesforce solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements and best practices.

• Act as the senior technical resource for the most complex configuration and development tasks, including advanced Revenue Cloud (CPQ) product rules, pricing logic, and automation.

• Mentor and manage a small team of Salesforce developers, providing guidance, code reviews, and fostering a collaborative environment.

• Hands-on development and configuration of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Revenue Cloud (CPQ), including custom objects, Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and integrations.

• Implement and optimize Salesforce CPQ solutions, ensuring efficient and accurate quoting processes for our commercial teams.

• Collaborate with stakeholders across Sales, Finance, and Marketing to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into technical specifications.

• Oversee data governance, migration strategies, and ensure data integrity.

• Develop and maintain documentation for Salesforce solutions, including technical designs, process flows, and training materials.

• Stay updated with the latest Salesforce releases and features, recommending and implementing relevant enhancements.

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to the Salesforce platform.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• 8+ years of experience in the Salesforce ecosystem, with at least 3+ years in a Salesforce Architect role.

• Proven experience leading or mentoring a small team of Salesforce professionals.

• Extensive hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud architecture, configuration, and development.

• Strong, proven experience with Salesforce Revenue Cloud (CPQ) implementation and customization.

• Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, and SOSL.

• Experience with Salesforce integration patterns and tools (e.g., REST API, SOAP API, Middleware).

• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Application Architect, Salesforce Certified System Architect) are highly desirable.

• Salesforce Certified Revenue Cloud Consultant (or the previous CPQ Specialist) certification is a strong plus.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

A reasonable estimate of the base salary compensation range is $170,000 to $210,000 per year, bonus, and equity. #LI-IB1
