Du übernimmst die End-to-end Verantwortung für unsere Salesforce Sales Cloud und machst sie zum System, das unseren Go-to-Market schneller, sauberer und skalierbarer macht: klare Prozesse, verlässliche Daten und smarte Automationen – plus pragmatischer AI-Einsatz.

Salesforce wird bei uns zur Single Source of Truth: sauberer Lead-to-Deal Prozess, stabile Renewals, klare Übergaben – und ein Setup, das im Alltag wirklich genutzt und „trusted“ wird.

Deine Aufgaben

• Sales Cloud Ownership: Konfiguration, Rollen/Rechte/Permission Sets, Objekte/Felder, Validierungen, Layouts, Flows

• Prozessdesign Lead-to-Deal-to-Client: modellieren, optimieren, dokumentieren (inkl. Verantwortlichkeiten & SLA-Logik)

• Renewals & Bestand: Signale/Reminder/Tasks aufsetzen, Pipeline-Transparenz herstellen

• Handover-Standards: Definition of Done, Pflichtfelder, Checklisten, Automationen für saubere Übergaben

• Automationen & Integrationen: Workflows mit Make.com + Airtable (z. B. Syncs, Enrichment, Routing) inkl. Fehlerhandling & Monitoring

• Datenqualität & Reporting: Governance/Standards etablieren und verlässliche KPI-/Funnel-Reports sicherstellen
