About PSPSync
PSPSync Limited is a dynamic and growing provider of Patient Support Program (PSP) services, delivering innovative, technology-enabled solutions that simplify access to therapies for patients across Canada. We partner closely with healthcare providers, pharmacies, and pharmaceutical manufacturers to deliver patient-centric programs that improve outcomes while maintaining the highest standards of privacy, security, and compliance.
Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Salesforce Administrator to support and enhance our Salesforce platform within a regulated healthcare environment. This role is responsible for the day-to-day administration, configuration, and optimization of Salesforce to support clinical, pharmacy, operational, and leadership teams. The ideal candidate will have strong technical Salesforce expertise, an understanding of healthcare workflows, and the ability to translate real-world operational needs into scalable, secure Salesforce solutions that improve patient and provider experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Salesforce Platform Administration & Configuration
Configure and maintain Salesforce components including objects, fields, page layouts, record types, flows, validation rules, and approval processes to support patient, provider, referral, and pharmacy workflows.
Manage users, roles, profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules to ensure appropriate access control and role-based security.
Support ongoing enhancements, system optimization, and configuration changes in alignment with evolving PSP and operational requirements.
Data Management & Reporting
Build and maintain reports and dashboards that provide visibility into patient journeys, referrals, clinical operations, pharmacy programs, and overall business performance.
Maintain high data quality through imports, exports, deduplication, validation rules, and routine data audits.
Support data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across Salesforce and integrated systems.
User Support, Training & Adoption
Provide day-to-day support to Salesforce users, troubleshooting issues and resolving system-related questions in a timely manner.
Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and deliver training, onboarding materials, and best-practice guidance for clinical, pharmacy, front-desk, and administrative users.
Drive user adoption by promoting efficient system usage and continuous improvement of user experience.
Compliance, Privacy & Security
Help ensure Salesforce configurations and data handling practices comply with Canadian healthcare privacy and security regulations, including PHIPA, PIPEDA, and applicable provincial legislation.
Partner with Compliance, Privacy, and IT teams to support audit readiness, access reviews, and security best practices.
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 3+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator in a production environment.
Salesforce Platform Administrator certification strongly preferred; additional Salesforce certifications are considered an asset.
Strong experience with Salesforce configuration, including Flows, Lightning pages, automation, and record types.
Proven ability to create insightful reports and dashboards for operational and leadership stakeholders.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively with non-technical users, including clinical and operational teams.
Proactive, detail-oriented mindset with a passion for process improvement and system optimization.
Nice to Have
Experience working in healthcare environments such as clinics, pharmacies, hospitals, health-tech, or Patient Support Programs.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce Health Cloud or healthcare-focused Salesforce implementations.
Strong understanding of Canadian healthcare privacy and security requirements (PHIPA, PIPEDA, and provincial health privacy laws).
Experience with Service Cloud, patient support programs, or call center workflows within Salesforce.
Familiarity with healthcare data standards and integrations, including HL7/FHIR and data integration middleware tools.
