Position Overview:

We are seeking a Salesforce Administrator with strong functional and business analysis skills to join our team in Manila, Philippines. This is a 6-month contract role with the potential to convert to a full-time position. The role will support the administration, configuration, and optimization of our Salesforce platform to ensure it effectively supports sales, revenue, e-commerce, and customer processes.

You will work closely with business users to gather requirements, improve workflows, and support day-to-day Salesforce operations across Sales Cloud, Revenue Cloud, Commerce Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support sales pipeline, opportunity tracking, quoting, pricing workflows, and revenue-related reporting (Sales & Revenue Cloud).
• Support e-commerce workflows and integrations using Commerce Cloud.
• Assist with customer support and marketing processes in Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud.
• Act as the functional point of contact for Salesforce-related support requests from business users.
• Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into Salesforce solutions.
• Perform Salesforce configuration, including fields, page layouts, record types, validation rules, flows, reports, and dashboards.
• Manage user access, profiles, roles, and permission sets.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity through clean-up, imports, and routine checks.
• Assist with documentation of business processes and system configurations.
• Participate in testing, deployment, and release support for new Salesforce features or enhancements.
• Provide user training and guidance to help teams effectively utilize Salesforce.
• Collaborate with IT, sales operations, and business teams to support ongoing platform improvements.

Requirements:
Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience as a Salesforce Administrator or in a Salesforce support/functional role.
• Good understanding of Salesforce CRM and core platform functionality.
• Experience with Salesforce configuration (fields, page layouts, validation rules, flows, reports, dashboards).
• Experience with Sales Cloud, Revenue Cloud, and Commerce Cloud.
• Exposure to Service Cloud or Marketing Cloud is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM-201) is a plus but not required.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
