Job Title: Salesforce Administrator

About the Position:

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Administrator (Intermediate Level) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance, and improvement of our Salesforce platform. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes, reporting, maintain data integrity, and implement enhancements that drive business growth and user adoption.

*This is a part-time position.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily administration of Salesforce including user setup, profiles, roles, permissions, and security settings.

Configure and maintain custom objects, fields, page layouts, flows, validation rules, reports, and dashboards.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.

Support data management activities, including imports, updates, deduplication, backups and restoration, and data quality assurance.

Assist with system integrations, third-party applications, and AppExchange installations.

Provide end-user training, documentation, and ongoing support to ensure effective use of Salesforce.

Monitor platform performance, identify issues, and coordinate with Salesforce Support when needed.

Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and Salesforce release readiness activities.

Qualifications

2–4 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator.

Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and data management principles.

Experience with Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud; Marketing Cloud experience a plus.

Understanding of flows and automation tools.

Ability to work collaboratively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

Familiarity with Salesforce Lightning Experience.

Experience with tools such as Data Loader, or similar.

Exposure to integration tools (e.g., Hubspot).
