About the Program

2026 Auctane Summer Internship Program:
Please read before applying

Eligibility:
Must be currently enrolled in an accredited undergraduate or graduate university program. Students graduating in May 2026 are not eligible for the program

Duration:
Paid, 9-week internship

Schedule:
40 hours per week, with the exception of the week of July 4th.

Program Dates:
June 9, 2025 — First day of onsite orientation
August 13, 2025 — Final day of the program

Location:
Hybrid role based in Austin, TX
In-office: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday Remote: Monday and Friday

Interviews:
Interviews will be conducted on a rolling basis through March 31st

About the Role

As a Salesforce Administrator Intern, you’ll support the Revenue Operations team by helping maintain, optimize, and scale our Salesforce instance. You’ll work closely with Sales Ops, Marketing Ops, Customer Success Ops, and Systems partners to improve workflows, data quality, and user experience across the GTM organization.

This role is ideal for someone interested in CRM systems, business processes, and how technology supports revenue growth. You will be working with a mature Salesforce and Revenue Operations team that includes US and Europe.

What will you be doing?

• Assist with Salesforce user administration, including user setup, roles, profiles, and permissions

• Investigate data issues end to end, identify patterns and propose resolutions

• Help maintain data hygiene through validation rules, duplicate management, and data cleanup

• Support the creation and maintenance of reports and dashboards used by GTM teams

• Assist in documenting Salesforce processes, configurations, and best practices

• Support workflow automation using tools such as Flows, validation rules, and approval processes

• Partner with RevOps stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into Salesforce solutions

• Help troubleshoot user issues and provide basic Salesforce support

What are we looking for?

• Currently pursuing a degree in Information Systems, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field

• Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills

• Interest in Salesforce administration, CRM systems, or Revenue Operations

• Strong attention to detail and process-oriented mindset

• Comfort working with data and structured systems

• Ability to learn new tools quickly and follow technical documentation

• Strong communication skills and willingness to collaborate across teams

What will make you stand out?

• Prior experience with Salesforce (coursework, Trailhead, projects, or internships)

• Salesforce Trailhead badges or progress toward Salesforce Administrator certification

• Familiarity with SaaS or subscription-based business models

• Experience with Excel or Google Sheets for data work

• Exposure to GTM tools (e.g., marketing automation, CS platforms)Basic familiarity with BI or data tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker)

• Located in or near the Austin, Texas area
