In this role, you will collaborate closely with internal and external users of the Salesforce platform as well as other integrated systems. The ideal candidate should have a track record of supplying high-quality solutions that satisfy business needs while upholding data integrity, security, and compliance.
The Salesforce Administrator I will be responsible for the day-to-day operational support, maintenance, and improvement for our Salesforce environment. This role will be responsible for managing user requests and support tickets, maintaining data integrity, and assisting with system configuration and enhancements to ensure Salesforce continues to meet the evolving needs of the business.

Duties & Responsibilities:
User Support & Ticket Management
Serve as the first point of contact for Salesforce-related inquiries and issues.
Manage and resolve incoming Salesforce support tickets within defined SLAs.
Troubleshoot user issues including login problems, permission/access errors, reports, dashboards, and data discrepancies.
Communicate effectively with users to understand issues and provide timely solutions or escalate when necessary.
System Administration
Perform routine system maintenance including user account management, profile and role updates, permission sets, and record ownership transfers.
Maintain data integrity through regular audits, deduplication, and validation rule updates.
Assist with implementing new features, workflows, and automation as business needs evolve.
Documentation & Training
Document common support requests, solutions, and process changes.
Provide one-on-one support to promote Salesforce adoption and understanding.
Continuous Improvement
Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify system enhancement opportunities.
Support testing, deployment, and post-release validation of updates and new functionality.
Stay current with Salesforce releases and new features, recommending relevant improvements.
Qualifications:
Required:
1–3 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator or in a similar CRM support role.
Salesforce Administrator Certification or equivalent experience.
Strong understanding of Salesforce core objects, permissions, reports, dashboards, and automation (flows, validation rules, etc.).
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and handle tickets efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to assess the impact of new requirements on Salesforce and other integrated systems.
A documented history of successful project completion.
A demonstrated ability to understand and articulate complex processes.
Preferred:
Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud or Experience Cloud.
Basic understanding of integrations, data imports/exports, and Salesforce security best practices.
Additional Salesforce certifications or Trailhead badges a plus.
