• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Senior Sales Consultants
• Set team sales targets and ensure high-performance delivery
• Optimize sales processes, conversion ratios, and customer journeys
• Analyze funnel metrics and track KPIs for continuous improvement
• Collaborate closely with the marketing team on lead generation strategies and campaigns
• Ensure outstanding customer service and handle escalations when needed
• Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports and ensure CRM accuracy
• Coordinate with finance, legal, CRM, and operations teams to ensure smooth and timely closures
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree; MBA preferred
• 7–10 years of experience in real estate sales
• 3–5 years in sales leadership or team lead roles
• Proven track record in team management and achieving revenue targets
• Strong understanding of real estate sales cycles and market dynamics
• CRM proficiency (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Valid driver’s license and flexibility to work weekends when required
• Results-driven mindset with strong analytical capabilities
• Customer-focused approach with high service standards
• Powerful leadership and team-building skills
• Problem-solving ability and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
