About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Key Account Team Leader - Food Chain to join our client's dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage strategic merchants to achieve revenue (GMV) goals and support the company’s growth strategy.
• Proactively approach new customers in the Food Chain/Hotel/School industry to expand the partner network.
• Maintain current customer data and expand monthly revenue. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Closely monitor the performance and business activities of assigned clients, providing regular reports and analysis.
• Receive and resolve negative feedback and issues to ensure customers receive the products with the highest satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and ongoing support for strategic merchants.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve merchant performance and increase customer retention.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth.
Required Skills & Qualifications
• 3+ years of experience sales B2B with large food chains, F&B, or hospitality groups.
• Experience dealing with large corporations is essential.
• Good English proficiency is required.
• Self-motivated and driven by targets, with a strong desire to deliver results.
• Basic skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
• Background in a Japanese company is a plus.
• Experience in the Food & Beverages (FMCG) industry is highly desirable.
