Sales Team Lead / Sales Manager – FX/CFD

Who We’re Looking For
We’re looking for experienced FX/CFD sales professionals who combine strong commercial instincts with leadership capability. This role suits someone who understands market dynamics, trader behavior, and how to build sustainable growth through client relationships and strategic sales execution.

You should be familiar with:

• The impact of FX/CFD and commodity volatility on trader activity
• The importance of client retention, lifetime value, and trust
• Building and expanding presence in the LATAM markets

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead and manage a sales team, ensuring targets and KPIs are achieved
• Own the full sales lifecycle: prospecting, conversion, activation, and retention
• Acquire and manage high-value clients and IB partners
• Develop data-driven sales strategies aligned with regional opportunities
• Collaborate with Marketing and regional teams to drive market expansion
• Contribute directly to accounts opened, deposits, and revenue growth


Requirements:
• 5–10 years of sales experience in Forex / CFD brokerage
• Leadership or team management experience
• Strong understanding of FX, commodities, indices, and equity markets
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
• Analytical mindset with the ability to work with sales KPIs and performance metrics
• High professionalism, integrity, and accountability
