The Bosch Home Comfort Group is a global provider of efficient heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) solutions with an innovative product portfolio adapted to regional needs. Following the acquisition of the residential and light commercial HVAC business from Johnson Controls and the Johnson Controls-Hitachi Air Conditioning Joint Venture in August 2025, the company unites a comprehensive portfolio of global and regional brands, including Bosch, Buderus, Hitachi, and YORK®. Leadership

As Sales Team Leader for the African markets, you own the sales strategy and execution for all residential and light commercial business across selected key markets in East, West- and Southern Africa. In this capacity:

• You are responsible for driving sales performance, customer engagement, and revenue growth in all served African markets.
• You lead, mentor, and develop a decentralized sales team to exceed targets and strengthen Bosch’s market presence.

• You are responsible for structuring and managing a competitive sales approach for the assigned markets, working closely with Product Management, Marketing, and Channel partners to deliver strong commercial results.
• You implement measures to analyze market potential, steer sales forecasts, develop account plans, close business opportunities, and nurture relationships with key customers and distributors.
• You oversee the development of sales tools, pricing alignment, commercial proposals, and contract negotiations tailored to the African markets.
• You support strategic growth initiatives and take ownership of key cross-functional projects that impact sales effectiveness.

Your contribution

You take ownership in defining and executing the optimal go-to-market strategy, including but not limited to sales planning, value proposition, customer experience excellence, and channel enablement. You work with cross-functional teams to achieve fast market share growth in each served country. You partner with product and marketing teams to incorporate customer insights and develop winning commercial offerings.

Your success will be measured based on revenue, profit margin, market share growth, and customer satisfaction.

• Education: University degree (Master, MBA) in International Business, Sales, Marketing, Management, or equivalent.
• Personality: Communicative, results-oriented, self-driven, and proactive with strong negotiation skills.
• Working style: Structured, analytical, and decisive.
• Experience and Know-How: Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Sales, Business Development, or Commercial Leadership of durable products in an international context. Required: exposure to technical sales or B2B environments; experience in HVAC, building technologies, or related industries is a strong advantage.
• Leadership: Proven track record managing and developing high-performing sales teams across diverse markets.
• Collaboration: Willing to travel internationally and comfortable working across cultures.
• Languages: Fluent in English & Arabic; other languages relevant to African markets are advantageous.

The role will be based in Dubai, UAE and requires frequent travels to various African markets.
