Responsibilities / Tasks
We are seeking a motivated professional with a strong technical background and solid English language skills to join our Technical Offer Management (TOM) office. This role supports all Technical Pre-Sales activities in close collaboration with internal departments.
Key Responsibilities
• Analyze and understand customer requirements
• Interpret and manage mass balance data
• Prepare Production Time Schedules (PTS)
• Select appropriate equipment based on project needs
• Develop layout and P&I diagrams
• Estimate installation and commissioning timelines
• Define Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Specify equipment features for costing purposes
Your Profile / Qualifications
What sets you up for success
• Degree in Engineering or Business-related disciplines
• Proven work experience in relevant technical or commercial roles, in engineering, equipment manufacturing, or food & beverage production
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written)
• Familiarity with AutoCAD Mechanical and Autodesk Inventor
• Strong command of Microsoft Excel, Project, and Word
• Experience with ERP systems (Stratega or equivalent)
• Willingness to travel (Italy, EU, and beyond)
• Solid technical understanding
• Open-minded and adaptable to new ideas and business models
• Comfortable working across multiple companies, locations, and cultures
