CORE Foodservice has an Sales Support Team opportunity in Eastern PA! 

Work as a liaison between the sales force, clients and distributors to deliver excellent services that results in superior satisfaction levels. 

Responsibilities/Duties/Functions/Tasks:

Assist with the overall coordination of major shows, vendor fairs, etc. 

Request and confirm participation of scheduled event, by client

Coordinate and secure product allowances, POS, applicable coupons,  order the needed samples and equipment. 

Confirm theme support, budget, and support accordingly

Coordinate all food show related costs for submission to finance department

Maintain/update distributor stocking guides (matrices)

Process all distributor marketing request (marketing plans, individual marketing events), complete and submit required documentation to distributor, obtain all client approvals for all events and marketing plans and forward to TM for processing. 

Maintain company calendars

Completion of distributor new item forms

Support sales with flyers, marketing administration, and planning and preparing for distributor meetings for (leads and BDM's as needed)

Scheduling of meeting rooms and vehicles

All other requests as needed

Qualifications:

Excellent written, interpersonal communication, phone and customer service skills

Professional, positive and persuasive demeanor

Proficient in software programs that clients may require

Must be proficient in MS Office including (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)

Punctual, meticulous, and reliable
