NEXTDC is looking for a Sales Operations Specialist, based in Petaling Jaya, to play a crucial role in empowering our Sales and Sales Operations teams! 

This is a 6-month fixed-term role

What You'll Do 

• Track and report on sales performance metrics 
• Build and maintain insightful dashboards 
• Manage Salesforce administration and data analytics 
• Work closely with the sales team to provide daily support 
• Guide and assist staff with order processing and quoting 
• Identify and implement process improvements 
• Gather and relay feedback for system enhancements 
• Train and support the sales organisation 
• Handle data entry and customer service processing 
• Ensure compliance with internal and external audit requirements 

What will You Need 

• Proven experience with Salesforce.com administration, reporting, and dashboards 
• Excellent customer service and communication skills 
• Strong ability to manage multiple priorities and competing deadlines 
• Experience working across multiple business units to provide complete solutions 
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail 
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (VBA preferred) 

• Minimum three (3) years of sales support experience in a busy sales and finance environment 
• Tertiary qualification in Administration or a related field 
• Proven experience with Salesforce.com administration, reporting, and dashboards 
• Salesforce Enterprise experience, including Lightning (preferred) 
• Salesforce Einstein experience (preferred) 
• Salesforce Administrator certification (preferred) 
• Proficiency with data management tools, including Data Loader and Data Import Wizard
