Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Sales Support Representative based in New Zealand. The Sales Support Representative will assist the sales team by providing exceptional customer support and ensuring customer needs are met. Responsibilities include maintaining customer satisfaction, generating quotes for clients, managing inquiries, and supporting sales operations through efficient stock ordering & administration.

About You

Strong Interpersonal Skills and ability to build healthy client relationships and a desire to build on this into a sales role in the future

Proficiency in Customer Support and Customer Service practices

Excellent Communication skills and ability to articulate information clearly, will work very closely with the team in Australia

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Proficiency in CRM software and basic computer applications

Previous experience in sales support roles, ideally within Technology Distribution

Wavelink has a large team based out of Australia and is building our the New Zealand business. This role would work remote in NZ initially with the potential to work from a NZ office down the track.
