About the job
Within the Services segment, you will play a crucial role as a Sales Support & Process Coordinator. In addition to supporting sales for projects, you will coordinate the pricing process and act as a point of contact within the organization. You ensure that price lists are efficiently processed and aligned with market trends and historical data. You build a network to understand and optimize the various aspects of the process, so that price lists become more consistent and reach the customer faster. This role requires a high degree of independence, confidence, and self-reliance to approach this as a project with a clear beginning and end. The main tasks are:

• Processing price lists by requesting cost prices and determining sales prices based on market trends and competitiveness;

• Ensuring commercial, attractive, and profitable offers for bids and projects;

• Proactively monitoring and tracking the progress of price lists to ensure they meet customer expectations and updating them as needed;

• Participating in bid meetings and working groups where price lists are established;

• Optimizing the internal process to provide faster pricing to customers;

• Building a network to gain insights into the pricing process and organize it efficiently.

About you

• Is analytical, process-oriented, and administratively strong;

• Is service-oriented with good communication and commercial skills, and solution-oriented thinking;

• Is interested in working in a technical, international environment and eager to learn more about it;

• Can get people on board with plans and changes;

• Collaborates with various departments, such as sales, product teams, costing & pricing team, and project managers;

• Has experience in improving internal efficiency;

• Is proficient in at least Dutch and English, both spoken and written;

• Is stress-resistant and works accurately;

• Possesses a high degree of independence, confidence, and self-reliance to manage projects from start to finish.
