Job Description

As a Sales Support / Stockist with a strong focus on Visual Merchandising, you play a key role in creating an inspiring in-store experience and supporting a seamless customer journey. With a strong sense of personal style and a passion for presentation, you take ownership of how the store looks and feels. You are responsible for maintaining visual standards, supporting stock flow, and helping build strong customer relationships through a personal and thoughtful approach in every interaction.

What you will do:

• Support store sales through accurate and efficient execution of all stock, visual merchandising, and point of sales activities, ensuring the store is always presented at the highest standard

• Assist with merchandise handling including shipment receiving and processing procedures to floor ready standards and maintenance of customer goods

• Take ownership of visual merchandising standards in-store, supporting the setup, maintenance, and optimization of displays in line with brand guidelines

• Carry out additional duties and tasks that support both the sales team and the overall visual presentation of the store, as directed by management

• Provide an engaging and welcoming environment for all customers, contributing to a strong and consistent brand experience
