Your role – Are you ready for a challenge?
Your responsibilities will be as follows:
Arranging analysis/research through public data about new applicants
Serving as note taker and preparing meeting records with partners
Serving as spokesperson for Sales Managers with various teams in Lux
Serving as liaison between PCS Italy (i.e. the administrative middle-office in Luxembourg) and the Sales Managers
Completing assignments between meetings
Preparing marketing kit for Sales Managers
Preparing and filling application forms
Preparing and filling Utmost Lux documentation
Assisting Sales Managers in download documents on Connect
Assisting Sales Managers during on boarding phase as well as during the maintenance phase
Assisting Sales Managers in keeping track of all the partial and total surrenders and constantly updating Sales Managers in case of blocking points, etc
Preparing materials for Country and team meetings
Participating actively in all weekly meetings with Sales Managers
Collecting and synthesizing data and information to support members’ work
Supporting team in Lux (on behalf of Sales Managers) for the remediation project.
Your profile – Have you got what it takes to become our Sales Support?
1-3 years of experience in a similar role,
Fluency in Italian & English,
Good knowledge of the AI package (at least ChatGPT, googleAI, meet, Gemini),
Adaptable and flexible, you enjoy working in a challenging and dynamic environment,
A team player with outstanding organisational and communication skills,
Customer-oriented approach, professional appearance and conduct, diplomatic and demonstrate absolute discretion as the situation demands,
Ability to operate autonomously, prioritise tasks and exercise sound judgment and creativity in finding solutions,
Proactive and reactive, quick learner with the willingness to learn about the business and contribute to its success,
Stress and workload peaks resistant.
