Primary Responsibilities    
Sales Support II performs all the responsibilities of Sales Support I with the added responsibilities below.  They contribute to the sales efficiency and commercial success of the organization. 
Primary Responsibilities:
Sales Support II responsibilities may include all or a subset of the following:
• At all times, complies with SGS Code of Integrity and Professional Conduct.
• Tracks and follows up on all quotes, including communicating directly with customers as permitted by the business manager.
• Investigates the reasons for lost quotes and bids.
• Tracks and reports on sales efficiency.
• Onboards new customers to work with SGS.
• Books trade shows, coordinates event sponsorship and orders promotions.
• Manages marketing calendar and tracks budget assignment.
• Creates marketing ROI
• Performs other related duties as may be assigned either in support of departmental goals or for his/her personal or professional training, education or development as programmed by his/her immediate superior.
• Bachelor’s degree in Agri background preferred, or equivalent educational background and experience.
• C1 level English or better, with commensurate spoken fluency.
• A minimum of 2 years as a SGS Sales Support I or prior sales support in the professional services industry is desirable.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers or employees of the organization.
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. 
• Intermediate personal computer skills including email, Microsoft Office, job task applications, Internet, On-line data system.
• Substantial movements (motion) of the wrist, hands, and/or fingers in a repetitive manner.
• Close vision (clear vision at 20 inches or less); distance vision (clear vision at 20 feet or more); and color vision (ability to identify and distinguish colors). 
• Travel is negligible.
