The Opportunity
The Sales Support Executive plays a key role in enabling the success of the sales team by acting as a central point of coordination and support. This position serves as the first point of contact for both direct and agent customers, ensuring a seamless and professional experience. In addition to managing administrative responsibilities, the role contributes proactively to sales operations and collaborates closely with the team to support business growth and efficiency.
Core Responsibilities
Support the sales and management teams in marketing and business development activities.
Source logistics solutions (Air/Charter/LCL/FCL/RORO/Breakbulk/Cross-border and Project Cargo) and coordinate with overseas agents.
Ensure a high level of satisfaction for customers, suppliers, and agents.
Manage assigned product(s) to maximize economic benefit for the company while enhancing the reputation of the products and suppliers.
Prepare, present, and discuss quotations for all logistics products with accuracy and within required timelines.
Conduct market research and communicate market insights and customer feedback to vendors.
Handle procurement activities, including cost comparisons with suppliers, and compile cost structures and logistics solutions for specific shipments or projects.
Build and maintain strong relationships with overseas agents, carrier lines, air agents, and local suppliers.
Maintain a professional, approachable attitude and remain open to concerns or feedback from customers, suppliers, and colleagues.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Sales/Marketing/Business Management, or related field.
Minimum 2+ years of experience in direct sales with high customer exposure in logistics field or related field.
Fluent command of English, both written and spoken.
Good Analytical and Problem-Solving Skill.
