JOB PURPOSE
Sales Support Executive are responsible for support sales representatives (Project teams) and serves as a customer service specialist. They also perform clerical and administrative duties and any additional tasks that the sales team may require.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
Supporting the sales and management team with the marketing activities.
Support for Sourcing all logistics solutions (Air/Charter/LCL/FCL/RORO/Breakbulk/Cross border, Project Cargo) and in change of Sales Support Project teams.
Always ensure satisfaction of customers, suppliers and Agent.
Manage the assigned product(s) in a way that increases economic benefit for the Company while at the same time augments the reputation of product and supplier.
Prepare, present, and discuss quotations for all logistics with accuracy and timeliness.
Researches the market and conveys intel and customer feedback to the vendors.
Working on procurement, cost comparison with all related suppliers in Thailand or overseas and compiling all costs and solutions for a specific shipment or project.
Build a good relationship with the overseas agent, Carrier line, Air agent, and local suppliers.
Always be approachable and open to concerns by customers, suppliers, and colleagues.
QUALIFICATION
Bachelor’s degree in Sales/Marketing/Business Management, or related field.
Minimum 1+ years of experience in direct sales with high customer exposure in logistics field or related field.
Good command of English, both written and spoken.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Good Analytical and Problem-Solving Skill.
Growth mindset and "Can Do" Attitude.
