Inbox Business Technologies is hiring a Sales Support Executive – International Solutions to support B2B solution/service selling in an IT Services / System Integrator (SI) / Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment. This role is proposal + presentation heavy, requiring strong coordination with internal stakeholders and professional client communication to support international sales pursuits.
Responsibilities
• Support international sales pursuits for SI/MSP IT solutions & services (cloud/cybersecurity/IT solutions).
• Assist in converting requirements into opportunities, solution narratives, and business cases.
• Coordinate with internal teams (pre-sales, delivery, product, finance) to gather inputs for proposals.
• Build and package high-quality proposals, including RFQ/RFP responses, SoW inputs (as required), pricing/input coordination, and submission support.
• Develop client-facing PowerPoint pitch decks / presentations aligned with solution value.
• Maintain professional email communication with clients and internal teams.
• Basic tracking and reporting using Excel (pipelines, proposal tracker, follow-ups, status updates).
• Use CRM as needed for basic opportunity hygiene (follow-ups, notes, tracking).
Requirements:
• 2–4 years relevant experience in IT Services / SI / MSP / Tech Consulting sales support or pre-sales coordination.
• Hands-on exposure to proposals / RFQs / RFPs + client presentations (PowerPoint).
• Strong written/verbal communication and stakeholder coordination.
• Working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
• Comfortable with basic numbers/reporting.
• Full-time onsite in Islamabad (or immediate relocation).
Nice-to-Have
• Exposure to cloud / cybersecurity / infrastructure / GRC / IT solutions.
• Familiarity with bid/RFP portals and structured proposal workflows.
• Basic CRM awareness.
