We are looking for a Sales Support Coordinator to join our team in Vilnius Lithuania or Tallinn, Estonia.
The Sales Support Coordinator’s main tasks will be to handle all pre- and post-sales activities and be the support to the sales team. Their main responsibility is to collaborate with sales team members and help them in their daily duties, to achieve customer satisfaction, revenue generation and long-term account goals in line with company vision and values.
Main responsibilities
Support the sales team by preparing quotations, proposals, and contracts, and by monitoring incoming requests to ensure timely and accurate follow-up.
Maintain and update customer and opportunity data in CRM systems while supporting service order processing and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth order execution.
Communicate with customers regarding order status, documentation, and general inquiries to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team, including preparation of reports, presentations, meeting coordination, and assistance with sales-related activities.
Contribute to marketing and customer engagement initiatives, including outreach to existing clients, support with training promotion, and coordination of marketing materials and communication channels.
Main Requirements
Previous experience in sales support, administration, or a similar role; experience in the aviation sector (MRO or operator environment) is considered an advantage.
Very good written and spoken English and strong communication skills in an international business environment.
Proficiency in working with common IT systems, including Microsoft Office and CRM/ERP platforms.
Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and customer-focused mindset with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
