The Sales Support Coordinator for Renewals plays a key role in ensuring we engage with our resellers via phone, email or chat for renewal enquiries and preparation of sales quotations for our portfolio of innovative technology solutions. The team take pride in being very responsive and maintaining a quick turn-around time getting back to our reseller enquiries.
The position requires a general understanding of the various product ranges Wavelink promotes (product training will be provided). This position works and collaborates with all facets of the Wavelink internal functional areas to deliver value to our customers and team members.
Other Job Responsibilities include:
Managing renewals based on expiry date or incorporating additional products / services into co-term renewals.
Identify aging customer sales to present trade up opportunities
Be the prime contact for all inbound phone communication relating to renewals
Updating our CRM system and generating reports
Negotiating with multiple stakeholders on renewals
Working to understand the intricacies of client requirements
Create new quotes
Identify cross sell opportunities
Collaborate with internal teams
Competencies required for the job:
Ability and experience to work under pressure
Superior communication skills (verbal and written)
High levels of energy, drive and enthusiasm
Highly organized with a high attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
Team player with a “can-do” attitude
Ability to learn and retain product information about Wavelink products and how they integrate with other complementary products promoted by our resellers (training and certifications will be provided)
Experience with excel
Previous customer service experience
Procurement system experience would be highly regarded
