About the Opportunity
Be the front line of our customer experience—supporting sales operations while ensuring every customer interaction is smooth, informed, and impactful.
Respond to incoming customer inquiries and provide timely, helpful updates
Act as a first point of contact for operational and sales-related questions
Prepare and send quotes, proposals, confirmations, and sales documentation
Follow up on missing information or documentation to keep deals moving forward
Enter, update, and maintain accurate records in CRM systems
Process orders, contracts, purchase orders, and invoices
Track order progress, deliverables, and deadlines to ensure on-time execution
Coordinate with internal teams including engineering, production, finance, and logistics
Schedule client meetings and follow-ups to support the sales cycle
Ensure customer requirements are clearly communicated across internal teams
Maintain organized and up-to-date customer account files
About You

Here’s what you’ll need to succeed:
Education: Post-secondary education in business, administration, or a related field is an asset
Experience: Previous experience in sales support, administration, customer service, or a similar role is preferred
Skills:
Strong communication skills—both written and verbal
Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously
Comfortable working with CRM systems and standard business software
A proactive mindset with strong follow-up habits
Ability to collaborate across teams and keep everyone aligned
A customer-first attitude with a problem-solving approach
