• Collaborate with the Sales and Solutions Engineering teams to create compelling, tailored proposals that address client requirements and clearly articulate our strengths.
• Set up new customer accounts, maintain accurate records, and update CRM systems in a timely manner.
• Address technical queries from prospects, explaining how our products and services integrate seamlessly with their existing systems.
• Act as a “voice of the customer,” providing structured feedback to Product teams to support ongoing evolution of our proposition.
• Deliver high‑quality customer service by responding promptly and professionally to phone and email inquiries.
• Map, monitor, and develop the customer journey to ensure a consistently positive client experience.
• Analyse sales data and reporting to identify trends, insights, and opportunities to drive sales growth.
• Build and maintain datasets in Power BI to support ongoing monitoring of UK and Ireland Business Information–related data sources.
• Conduct research to support targeting efforts, including reviewing Coface internal assets and assessing relevant external data vendors.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; fluency in English is essential.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
• Highly proactive, resourceful, and detail‑oriented, with strong problem‑solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of the UK business information landscape is an advantage.
• Ability to interpret financial statements is a plus.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to coordinate activities, meet deadlines, and support smooth solution delivery.
