Je speelt een cruciale rol in het ondersteunen van onze Sales-teams door administratieve processen soepel te laten verlopen en een brug te vormen tussen verschillende afdelingen. Je draagt bij aan het verbeteren van efficiëntie, klanttevredenheid en het behalen van commerciële doelen.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden::
• Orderverwerking & contractbeheer: Je verwerkt orders van Accountmanagers en zorgt voor een correcte en tijdige verlenging of aanpassing van contracten.
• Facturatie & administratie: Je monitort omzetgegevens, bewaakt deadlines en zorgt voor een gestroomlijnde afhandeling van sales-gerelateerde administratie.
• Procesbewaking: Je signaleert knelpunten en afwijkingen in het verkoopproces en koppelt deze tijdig terug naar de juiste collega’s.
• Interne en externe samenwerking: Je werkt nauw samen met Sales, Finance en andere afdelingen om processen te optimaliseren en klanten de beste service te bieden.
• CRM & rapportages: Je werkt met systemen zoals Salesforce om data up-to-date te houden en waardevolle rapportages op te stellen.

Jouw lijstje::
• HBO-werk- en -denkniveau (of MBO 4 met relevante ervaring).
• Ervaring in een sales support, sales operations of binnendienstfunctie is een pré.
• Ervaring met CRM-systemen (zoals Salesforce) en Microsoft Office (met name Excel).
• Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor detail.
• Je bent proactief, betrouwbaar en denkt in oplossingen.
• Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en een servicegerichte instelling.
• Uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal.
• Deens is een pré, maar geen must.
• Ervaring met orderverwerking, facturatie of contractbeheer.
• Basiskennis van financiële processen zoals facturatie en omzetrapportage is handig, maar een finance-achtergrond is niet vereist.
