How You’ll Make an Impact

• Managing payment-related incidents end to end, including detection, resolution, and follow-up.
• Handling customer inquiries and non-payment claims via phone and email.
• Monitoring aged debt, prioritizing actions, and supporting timely collections.
• Managing internal and external payment claims, including unpaid, missing, credited, or rectified invoices.
• Keeping customers and internal stakeholders informed on payment status.
• Ensuring accurate recording and maintenance of invoices, payments, and contracts in internal systems.
• Acting as a liaison between Customers, Sales, Finance, and Commercial teams on payment matters.
• Reviewing, managing, and registering contracts, annexes, and subrogations for new and existing projects.
• Providing administrative and documentary support to the Sales team.
• Creating Purchase Orders, managing digital archiving, and coordinating signature processes.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• Highly organized professional who can be capable of working with minimum supervision
• Minimum 2 years of experience in similar role in high paced environment
• Basic knowledge or experience of invoices/non-payments and their processing.
• Handling of MS Office tools (Excel, Outlook,...).
• Fluent English, Native Spanish
