Join Our Team as a Sales support administrator

We are currently seeking a professional and detail‑oriented Inside Sales Representative to strengthen our office-based sales operations and support our global customer base.
This role requires strong communication skills, a structured way of working, and a basic level of technical understanding to effectively guide customers and handle product‑related inquiries.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Communication
Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and requests
Manage customer interactions via phone calls, emails, and occasional visits
Maintain and develop long-term relationships in a professional and service‑oriented manner
Order Management
Process customer orders accurately and ensure timely delivery
Proactively follow up on delayed or missing orders
Provide customers with regular updates regarding their order status
Issue Resolution
Handle customer complaints with professionalism and clarity
Organize returns, coordinate shipments, and manage credit notes
Act as the internal advocate for customer needs and concerns
Data & CRM Management
Maintain accurate and complete customer data within the CRM system
Create new customer profiles and monitor account activity
Sales Team Collaboration
Work closely with Customer Business Developers
Support customer meetings and identify opportunities for additional sales support or cross‑selling
Product & Quotation Management
Develop solid product knowledge, including basic technical understanding
Prepare quotations, ensure correct system handling, and follow up in a timely manner
Note: This position is fully office-based and requires strong administrative precision and the ability to understand technical product details.

Candidate Profile
Strong ability to build professional relationships and propose thoughtful solutions
Fluency in English; Spanish is considered an advantage
Preferably some experience as an Inside Sales Representative
Excellent administrative, organizational, and multitasking skills
Ability to remain calm and composed in challenging situations
Strong communication and negotiation abilities
High degree of professionalism, reliability, and integrity
Comfortable working closely with teams across departments and regions
