Konecranes & Demag is seeking a driven Service Sales Specialist who thrives in customer-facing roles and understands industrial, mechanical, and electrical environments. What You’ll Be Doing

• Selling service solutions including repairs, retrofits, parts, and modernisations
• Scheduling regular client visits to maintain a strong sales pipeline
• Understanding customer operations and offering tailored, fit-for-purpose solutions
• Collaborating with service branches to ensure smooth handover and execution
• Maintaining accurate CRM records to track and achieve sales targets
• Awareness of ISO 14001 and 45001 standards

Who You Are

• Experienced in sales, ideally within industrial, mechanical, or electrical sectors
• Technically minded—you understand how equipment works
• Comfortable working to targets and engaging directly with customers
• Strong communicator and confident negotiator
• Proficient with CRM systems and reporting tools
• Holder of a valid driver’s licence and willing to travel within your territory
• Engineering background with frontline selling experience to achieve set targets
