Job Description
Role Title
Sales Setter – Remote US-Aligned
Role Summary
This role focuses on scheduling qualified sales appointments for our Sales Team while acting as the first touchpoint for prospective clients. You will proactively engage leads, evaluate their potential, and ensure that only high-quality prospects are passed to Sales Managers or Closers. You must work independently, prioritize leads without daily direction, and maintain consistent, high-volume outreach across multiple channels.
Filtering Signal: This role is not for candidates who need step-by-step guidance or daily supervision.
Core Responsibilities
• Engage inbound and outbound leads via calls, emails, and messages to schedule discovery calls with Sales Managers.
• Evaluate lead quality quickly and accurately; flag leads that do not meet criteria for immediate pass/hold/escalate decisions.
• Maintain and update all lead data in HubSpot or other CRM in real time, including notes, statuses, and follow-up reminders.
• Follow structured outreach sequences and drip campaigns without missing steps; escalate blockers immediately.
• Collaborate with Sales Managers to prioritize leads, ensuring high-potential prospects are contacted first.
• Track and report daily outreach metrics, conversion rates, and scheduled appointments for management review.

• Consistently hits outreach and scheduling metrics without reminders.
• Proactively follows up to prevent leads from going cold.
• Maintains professional, clear communication with prospects at all times.
• Tracks and reports activities accurately in the CRM.
What This Role Is NOT
• Not a closers’ role; you do not close deals.
• Not for candidates who require constant supervision or detailed instructions for every interaction.
• Not a casual part-time position; must maintain full-time focus during US hours.
• Not a data-entry role; your goal is qualifying and scheduling, not just logging information.
Position Details

• US-aligned hours (East or West Coast overlap).
• Performance-driven, async environment.
• Must be comfortable managing tasks independently without daily oversight.
Application Instructions
• Submit your resume with a brief explanation of a time you scheduled multiple high-value calls independently.
• Include a 1-paragraph response to a hypothetical scenario: “You have 20 new leads, only 10 meet the criteria — how do you prioritize which to call first and what do you log in the CRM?”
Requirements:
Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
• 1–2+ years of experience in lead generation, appointment setting, or inside sales in US-aligned B2B or high-ticket services.
• Proven ability to make independent decisions about lead qualification without daily supervision.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; confident on the phone and via Zoom/email outreach.
