D-Bug Pest Control is a service company servicing South Western Pennsylvania and Ohio. Our primary business is to improve the quality of the lives of our customers and our community. We protect their health, ensure the integrity and safety of their homes, provide more free time to do the things they love, spend more time with friends and family, and help them enjoy their lives.
We are looking for a driven individual who can learn all aspects of our business, analyze a given problem, formulate a solution and convey that solution to a customer. We need someone who loves to interact with others, enjoys working outdoors and takes pride in serving other people. You must take pride in your work, have a desire to improve products and services, and love the challenge of solving problems.
This position has unlimited growth potential, plenty of learning experiences and the ability to earn a great income. You will start by learning the technical aspects of our industry and the company culture. You will need to learn our services, our methods and procedures. You then can grow in to the sales and marketing aspects by selling the services and learning the seasonality.
In addition to a base pay, this position has unlimited income potential through Sales Commission, Production Commission, and bonuses as well as many company perks such as a company vehicle, company phone, uniforms, and a flexible schedule.
The path you take will be determined by your current experience level as well as your desire to learn and grown.
Responsibilities Include:
Learning all aspects of our business.
Maintaining a route and schedule.
Being able to interact with customers and team members.
Learning strong sales skills.
Being able to analyze a situation and formulate a solution.
Effectively being able to explain the solution to a customer and close a sale.
Fill out the proper paperwork to schedule a job.
Have a strong desire to learn, grow and succeed!

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $20 to $30 /hour
Expected hours: 35 – 45 per week
