We are currently looking to expand our ever-growing Sales Team by hiring a motivated Sales Representative to support the St. Louis, and Southern Illinois areas.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

Perform roof and siding inspections for homeowners

Identify and generate new leads through door-to-door canvassing, networking, and referrals.

Conduct property inspections to assess storm-related damage.

Educate homeowners and business owners on the insurance claims process and roofing restoration services.

Assist clients with filing insurance claims and work closely with adjusters to ensure proper coverage.

Provide accurate and competitive estimates for roofing services.

Negotiate and close sales while maintaining a high level of professionalism.

Maintain strong communication with clients throughout the restoration process.

Qualifications

Previous experience in sales, roofing, storm restoration, or insurance claims preferred but not required.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently.

Ability to climb roofs and perform physical inspections.

Basic knowledge of construction and insurance claims is a plus.

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.

Physical Demands

Requires removing ladder from service truck’s ladder rack, setting up ladder, and climbing ladder to safely access roofs for service evaluation

Requires ability to climb, lift, balance, walk, and handle materials

Requires standing up for long periods of time

Requires use of abdominal and lower back muscles to support part of the body repeatedly or continuously over time without giving out or fatiguing

Requires seeing details at close range

Requires repetitive movement, bending or twisting, kneeling, crouching, stooping or crawling

Requires ability to stand, walk, lift, and carry items weighing 50 pounds regularly
