Job Description

Our company is an Electrical Retail Business with store in different locations across the

country.

Educates customers on products; explains the usage pattern of the products.

Supervises daily cleaning & merchandising of displayed items.

Documents all sales with details.

Organize delivery for products that are to be delivered to the buyer's residence.

Strictly attends to customers enquiries.

Follows through on every customer transaction from payment to supply of the purchased product

Responsible for price audits and monitoring competitor activities.

A B.Sc Degree or HND from a reputable institution.

Between two to three (2-3) years’ experience in similar role.

Excellent communication and customer service ethics

Ability to effectively work in a teem

Ability in multitask and manage time effectively.

Ability to handle difficult buyers with a cool head.

Ability to perceive the needs of the buyer and show them appropriate merchandise

Ability to learn about the products so as to explain to the buyer.

Great passion and drive

Ability to use initiative

Age: 22-38 years
