Job Description:

Estamos buscando el mejor talento para el puesto de Sales Representative - Traumatology (Contrato de Sustitución de Persona Trabajadora)

Responsable de la gestión comercial en su zona asignada, construyendo relaciones sólidas con hospitales, clínicas y profesionales sanitarios, con el objetivo de aumentar la cuota de mercado y garantizar un servicio de excelencia al cliente.

Responsabilidades principales
Gestionar y desarrollar la cartera de clientes (hospitales, clínicas privadas, distribuidores).
Detectar oportunidades de negocio en el sector sanitario y elaborar planes de acción.
Presentar, promover y vender productos de la gama de dispositivos médicos de la compañía.
Realizar demostraciones técnicas y formaciones de producto a profesionales de la salud.
Alcanzar los objetivos de ventas definidos por la compañía.
Negociar acuerdos comerciales y gestionar licitaciones públicas y privadas.
Colaborar con el equipo de marketing en la organización de eventos, congresos y workshops.
Mantener actualizada la información en el CRM y elaborar reportes de actividad comercial.
Garantizar el cumplimiento de normativas y estándares regulatorios en el sector sanitario.
Requisitos
Formación universitaria en Ciencias de la Salud, Biomedicina, Farmacia, Ingeniería Biomédica, ADE o similar.
Experiencia mínima de 2–3 años en ventas dentro del sector de medical devices, healthcare o farma.
Conocimiento del mercado hospitalario, procedimientos de compra y licitaciones.
Orientación a resultados, habilidades de negociación y capacidad de generar relaciones de confianza.
Disponibilidad para viajar en la zona asignada.
Buen nivel de inglés valorable.
Manejo de herramientas ofimáticas y CRM.
