Responsible to ensure direct Key Account (LKA &  key Customers) achieving sales target & in store execution. Support MT IKA trade execution in store level. Deliver against sales targets and manage point of sales execution in given stores. Support ASM in team management duties.

• Manage Local Key Account Customers
• • To ensure execution of LKA business strategy & plan, achieving IMS as per AOP
• Assist distributor seller in managing LKA business, including quarterly business plan, route plan & call frequency, pricing & promotion negotiation, NPD listing & TTA negotiation

• Supports IKA Outlets Execution at Store Level
• • Propose sales orders for selective IKA customers at the store level - Econsave
• Monthly Store Visit to IKA outlets

• Support Sales Operations Manager for special projects
• • Physical Market Mapping (exploring new distribution/outlets)
• Sales & Merchandising Blitz

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales
• Experience in General Trade
• Good knowledge of MS Office
• Good knowledge of English, additional local dialect will be added advantage
