What you’ll do

• Drive sales performance and deliver brand KPIs and financial targets to meet and/or exceed assigned objectives
• Serve as a strategic partner to build, grow, and maintain networks with healthcare professionals in the assigned sales territory.
• Engage primary care healthcare professionals in dialogue about approved indications and product efficacy/safety profiles to support on-label prescribing for appropriate patients
• Identify opportunities to grow the business, increasing AZ value as a scientific partner
• Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of market, demographic, and managed markets’ information on assigned sales territory
• Comply with all regulations regarding interactions with healthcare professionals, distribution of samples, etc.

Essential for the role

• Bachelor’s degree (life sciences educational background will be considered an asset)
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in pharma industry
• Proven digital capabilities and interactions (competence in using Microsoft suite platform and relevant sales tools)
• Interpersonal and communication skills
• Strategic and Analytical thinking
• Commercial Awareness and business acumen
• Motivated and results oriented
• Fluency in English and Greek language

Desirable for the role

• Master’s Degree/ Professional Certification
• Experience in respiratory will be preferred
