Position Available
Role Title: Sales Representative – Products and Consumables Division
Location: Sudbury
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday to Friday, evenings and weekends as needed
Travel Required: Approximately 3-7 nights per Month
Duties & Responsibilities
Proactively generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, networking events, site visits, social media outreach, referrals and prospect research
Conduct discovery/sales meetings to understand client needs, pain points, and purchasing processes
Develop and deliver engaging product presentations, demonstrations, and sales pitches tailored to prospective clients
Prepare detailed quotations, scope outlines, and proposals aligned with customer requirements
Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms of service to successfully close deals while protecting company margins
Initiate, develop, and execute comprehensive RFP proposals to capture available business opportunities
Identify and understand client needs, and proactively recommend additional products or services from our portfolio to maximize value and strengthen client relationships
Meet or exceed assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets
Work collaboratively with Client Care to ensure client satisfaction
Research and monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer behaviour to identify business opportunities
Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, activities, and client interactions as well as develop and initiate Request for Proposal responses
Collaborate with marketing and operations teams for advertising
Qualifications and Skills Requirements
Minimum
2+ years of experience in B2B sales experience; experience in cleaning products, janitorial services, facilities management, or related industries is an asset.
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Confident negotiator with the ability to handle objectives and close deals
Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
Comfortable with both field sales and in-office/remote communication
Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
High school diploma required, post-secondary education or bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred.
Valid Driver’s licence and clean driver’s abstract
Be bondable
Be willing and able to travel across Ontario with the ability to spend 3-7 nights per month
Compensation and benefits
Base Salary: $55,000 to $65,000 annually
Fleet Vehicle Package: Company vehicle, insurance, and fuel provided
Commission: 1% of revenue growth after achievement of annual sales target
