A Day in the Life

Wir bieten Ihnen eine Position, in der Sie in einem wachsenden Umfeld in der Business Unit Neurovascular als Sales Repsentative.

Diese Position umfasst die Region Süd-Ost und ist daher eine Remote Position. Remote bedeutet, dass Ihre Heimatadresse als primärer Arbeitsort gilt (Home Office). Für Meetings kann hin und wieder Ihre Anwesenheit im Medtronic Office erforderlich sein.

Für diese Stelle besteht eine einrichtungsbezogene Impfpflicht. Aus diesem Grund ist eine vollständige Masernimpfung Voraussetzung für die Besetzung der offenen Position.

Verantwortlichkeiten umfassen:

• Aufbau, Pflege und Stärkung langfristiger Beziehungen zu unterschiedlichen Interessengruppen wie medizinischen und nicht-medizinischen Fachkräften

• Verantwortung für den Umsatz in der Verkaufsregion, Identifikation von Wachstumschancen und Entwicklung von kommerziellen Lösungen

• Beratung, Schulung und Unterstützung medizinischer Fachkräfte hinsichtlich unserer Produkte und Lösungen für den Einsatz im klinischen Alltag

• Durchführung von Verhandlungen mit ärztlichem Personal sowie Klinikverwaltung und Einkaufsabteilung

• Aktive Teilnahme an Messen und Kongressen

Erforderliches Wissen und Erfahrung:

• Berufserfahrung im medizinischen Bereich alternativ ein Bachelor-/Masterstudium in Medizintechnik, Medizin, Betriebswirtschaft mit besonderem Interesse am Vertrieb
• Wohnsitz innerhalb des betreuten Gebiets und Bereitschaft zu regelmäßigen Dienstreisen (ggf. mit Übernachtung)
• Freude an intensivem Austausch mit diversen Personengruppen, ausgeprägte Kunden- und Serviceorientierung sowie starke Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Empathie
• Eigeninitiative, hohe Motivation und eine Can-Do-Mentalität
• Unternehmerische Denkweise und Ergebnisorientierung
• Kreativität und Offenheit für Veränderungen
• Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
• Idealerweise Kenntnisse in der interventionellen Neuroradiologie oder im Vertrieb von Medizintechnikprodukten
