Job Description

Grow Your Career in One of the Country's Premier Hardscape Markets!

Chicagoland is a high-potential market—and Techo-Bloc already has a strong presence. We're looking for a driven sales professional to take ownership of the territory, strengthen contractor and dealer relationships, and accelerate growth across Naperville and the western suburbs.

This is not a start-from-scratch territory. You'll have an established market, strong brand recognition, and the support to make an immediate impact.

Why Techo‑Bloc?

• $90,000+ total compensation potential, including base + commission
• Established Chicagoland territory with significant growth opportunity
• Clear career path with opportunities to advance into senior sales roles
• Best-in-class sales training, certifications, and ongoing development
• Advanced CRM & BI tools to help you manage and grow your business
• Innovative products and sample systems that make selling easier
• Vehicle allowance + comprehensive benefits + retirement plan matching

Techo-Bloc designs and manufactures premium hardscape products known for quality, innovation, and design—giving our sales team a product they can confidently stand behind.

What You'll Do

• Own and execute a territory growth strategy
• Build and grow relationships with contractors, dealers, and industry partners
• Generate new business and expand existing accounts
• Drive demand through our dealer network
• Support dealer merchandising, displays, training, and events
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity
• Represent Techo-Bloc at trade shows and industry events
• Use CRM and data to manage your pipeline and prioritize opportunities

What We're Looking For

• Proven B2B field sales experience; hardscape, landscaping, building materials, or dealer-network experience is an asset
• Strong track record of building relationships and growing revenue
• Self-motivated, competitive, and comfortable owning a territory
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Comfortable using CRM and sales technology
• Valid driver's license and willingness to be in the field with customers

Why This Territory Chicagoland offers scale: a dense population of contractors and dealers, an established Techo-Bloc presence, and an efficient territory footprint that means more selling time and less windshield time. If you want to plug into a high-volume, high-visibility market with room to grow, this is it.

Career Path & Earning Potential Techo-Bloc offers a structured career path with clear opportunities to grow into more senior sales roles as your experience and results build. Compensation includes a competitive base salary, performance-based bonus opportunities, and a vehicle allowance for field travel.

Benefits A comprehensive benefits package including medical coverage, retirement plan matching, and the equipment you need to succeed in the field, backed by a structured onboarding and mentorship program to help you get up to speed in an established market.

Techo-Bloc is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
