Sales Representative/Merchandiser

We have the privilege of supporting and advising major clients on a daily basis. In order to support our growth, the agency is currently looking for a Sales Representative/Merchandiser.

Monthly automobile allowance starting at $1200/month

Annual performance bonus of up to $850

Cell phone allowance of $40/month provided

Flexible schedule: Monday to Friday, 40 hours/week

Work on the road as an independent contractor

Responsibilities

Increase the number of points of sale within the assigned territory spanning the greater Hamilton area, south to Niagara, north to Elora, and East to Oakville

Work closely with the supervisor to meet sales goals and targets

Ensure in-store activities support and reflect ongoing sales promotions

Ensure in-store execution aligns with the proposed plan (promotional calendar, agreements, floor space, planogram, etc.)

Participate in merchandising plans

Install and maintain point-of-sale (POS) equipment in stores

Manage own territory and customer meetings

Establish positive relationships with customers

Complete daily reports via the mobile app

Qualifications & Required Skills

Exclusive access to a vehicle and a valid driver's license

Relevant experience in sales and/or merchandising

Ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets

Ability to submit daily reports

Exclusive access to a smartphone—using an app in the work process is required

Must be tech-savvy and able to perform digital tasks easily through the app, which includes reports after each shift

Exclusive access to a computer and an internet connection
