El Responsable Comercial implementa en su zona y mercado las políticas de ventas para los clientes y distribuidores, aprovechando el profundo conocimiento de Air Liquide en la industria, en la oferta de soluciones, la experiencia en aplicaciones innovadoras y el compromiso de ayudar a los clientes a enfrentar sus crecientes desafíos.

Mantiene y desarrolla las ventas de su cartera de clientes y distribuidores actuales y busca activamente nuevos clientes en el sector

How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?


1. Implementación del Plan de Ventas:
Identificar a los clientes de su mercado para implementar el plan de ventas y proponer un equilibrio entre los clientes actuales y potenciales
Conocer, gestionar y desarrollar la zona comercial
Analizar los datos de ventas de los clientes y determina las acciones específicas que se deben revisar con su responsable.
Seguimiento de los contratos ECOPASS y de las cuentas de los distribuidores
Desarrollar y mantener un conocimiento de alto nivel del sector industrial y del sector de distribuidores
Es responsable del despliegue de las ofertas y de la cuota de mercado en su sector de ventas
2. Gestión de Ventas
Gestionar una cartera de clientes de su mercado dentro de su región
Gestión de los distribuidores, cuentas y contratos
Perseguir los objetivos de negocio fijados por el mercado
Aplicar el aumento de precio u ofertas de mayor valor añadido al cliente.
Control y seguimiento de los activos en los distribuidores, asegurando el control del inventario en coordinación con el equipo de logística
Coordinar con los equipos de administración y logística incidencias en la gestión, movimiento y entrega de botellas
3. Desarrollo de Negocio
Realizar prospección a través de visitas preparadas a clientes existentes, clientes de la competencia y clientes potenciales.
Mejorar la red de contactos para identificar nuevas oportunidades de ventas y obtiene una visión clara de las necesidades, expectativas y necesidades informales de los clientes
Negociación de las ofertas
4. Asegurar la fidelidad del cliente
Es responsable de la satisfacción del cliente en su región.
Analiza las amenazas de la competencia
Desarrolla una relación de confianza mutua con los contactos clave en los diferentes niveles de la cadena de decisión del cliente
Identifica con el sales manager e implementa las acciones comerciales y de desarrollo de negocio a lanzar en su zona
Evalúa el potencial de desarrollo de nuevos emplazamientos industriales y las tendencias económicas e industriales de la región
