Requirements:
About the Role
As a Sales Representative at Hosting.com, you will be the first point of contact for potential customers reaching out via live chat, support tickets, and/or voice calls. Your primary responsibility will be to assess their hosting needs, offer tailored recommendations, and guide them seamlessly through the sales process.
This role demands strong communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Success in this position hinges on delivering a positive customer experience while consistently meeting sales targets.
What You’ll Do:
• Respond promptly to live chat, ticket, and voice inquiries, providing clear and accurate information on hosting services.
• Assess customer requirements to recommend the best hosting solutions across product offerings.
• Use persuasive communication to convert inquiries into sales and ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Maintain strong knowledge of all hosting brands and products to deliver expert insights.
• Collaborate with support and technical teams to resolve pre-sales inquiries effectively.
• Track, manage, and follow up on leads in the CRM to maximize sales opportunities.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and new products to highlight our value proposition.
• Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets, focusing on conversions and customer satisfaction.
• Collect and share customer feedback to improve products, services, and internal processes.
What You’ll Bring:
• Comfortable using live chat tools, voice systems, and CRM software. Experience with web hosting platforms is a plus.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple conversations simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
