Our Food Business Line supports food companies with a full range of Total Quality Assurance services, from laboratory testing to certification and auditing. With strong local expertise and a global network, we help ensure food safety, quality, and compliance across the entire supply chain. Our teams partner with clients to reduce risks, protect brands, and meet both local and international standards in an increasingly complex market.
Your Role
As a Sales Representative, you will play a key role in expanding our Food Testing and Certification services. You will actively develop new business opportunities while managing and growing an existing client portfolio.
What You’ll Do
· Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in the Food industry
· Identify and develop new business opportunities (hunting) while managing and growing existing accounts (farming)
· Promote Intertek’s laboratory testing and certification services
· Prepare and negotiate commercial offers, from technical definition to proposal submission
· Achieving assigned sales targets and contributing to overall business growth
· Collaborate with other Business Lines to support cross-selling opportunities
· Attend industry events, trade fairs, and networking activities
· Keep CRM data updated and ensure accurate reporting
· Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements:
What We’re Looking For
· Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Chemistry, or related field
· At least 2 years of experience in Sales within the Food sector (testing, inspection, certification), or experience in Quality/Laboratory roles within food companies
· Technical and Customer-oriented approach: knowledge of chromatography-related topics or prior technical experience in a laboratory is particularly valued
· Fluent in Polish and knowledge of English
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office
· Valid driving license
