Employment Type: Full-time Independant Contractor, Remote 

Location:
ANYWHERE IN LATAM

Compensation: $45,000 - $60,000/year OTE (On-Target Earnings)

Compensation Structure: Base Salary + Uncapped Commission

This role requires availability to work Monday through Thursday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST, as well as 4 hours on Friday and 4 hours on Saturday as part of the regular weekly schedule.

Role

We’re looking for a Sales Representative (Closer) who knows how to consistently show up, follow through, and close deals in a fast-paced sales environment. You will be the primary closer for inbound and warm leads interested in LLC Hub’s Start-Up Services.

This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable following proven sales processes and scripts in both English and Spanish, motivated by closing results, and confident building urgency, handling objections, and guiding prospects through the sales process.

Success in this role requires strong follow-up discipline, resilience, accountability, and the ability to consistently execute daily activity expectations while delivering an excellent client experience.

Key Responsibilities

Daily Activity (Open to Goal Mandate): Execute 8 to 12 calls/meetings per day with qualified prospects. This is a mandatory daily KPI and the expectation for being "Open to Goal" is that work continues until this activity quota is met.

Expert Education: Educate prospects on LLC Hub's Start-Up Services and compliance offerings from an expert, consultative perspective.

Pipeline Management: Maintain a clear, accurate, and observable pipeline in the CRM. Move all prospects to the proper stage throughout the day.

Documentation: Diligently document all interactions with prospects and clients in the CRM notes.

Diligence: Follow up diligently and consistently with potential clients over extended periods.

Collaboration: Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth transitions from sales to service.

Key Results (KPIs)

These metrics define high performance in this role:

Show Rate: Maintain a Show Rate >70% (Percentage of scheduled meetings that actually occur).

Close Rate: Maintain a Close Rate >20% (Percentage of meetings converted to sales).

Sales Performance: Directly contribute to Sales Revenue and optimizing Sales Cycle Time.

Pipeline Hygiene: All prospects are properly moved in the CRM and client information is fully documented by EOD.

Follow-Up Consistency: All qualified prospects are consistently followed up with indefinitely.

What We Offer You

Compensation: Guaranteed Base Salary + Uncapped Commission. OTE is $45k - $60k.

Requirements

Experience:

3+ years of high-volume transactional sales experience (e.g., event tickets, gym memberships, subscriptions, or similar B2B/B2C services).

3+ years of direct closing experience in high-volume, short sales cycle environments (same-day close or sales cycles under 30–45 days).

Proven ability to handle objections, negotiate, and consistently close deals.

Experience selling service-based offerings to inbound and warm leads.

Experience with CRM management and pipeline tracking.

Communication: Excellent communicator over phone and video conference in Spanish and English, with a great ability to present complex information clearly.

Self-Management: Self-sufficient and able to properly manage your own time and an organized sales pipeline.

Mindset: Routine driven, open to learning new sales processes, and focused on finding solutions and creating simplicity for our clients.
